Who you are buying from

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. It becomes an agreement when we confirm it — you get a confirmation email with an order number. If we cannot fulfil an order, we cancel it and pay back anything you have paid.

We may cancel an order if a piece is no longer available, if the address cannot be delivered to, or if an obvious pricing mistake was made. You are told why.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and include tax. The total shown at checkout is what you pay: item price, any discount, and shipping. Cash on delivery means paying the delivery agent the exact total when the parcel arrives. Online payments are handled by our payment provider; your card and UPI details never reach us.

Handmade pieces

Everything is made by hand, so each piece varies slightly in colour, finish and size, and screens show colours imperfectly. Photographs are of the work, not of the exact piece you will receive, unless we say otherwise.

Using this website

The photographs, designs and words on this site belong to Kala Kirti. Please don't copy them for your own selling. Don't try to break, overload or misuse the site.

Where we stand

We take responsibility for getting your order to you as described. Beyond that, our liability is limited to what you paid for the order. Nothing here takes away rights you have under Indian consumer law.

These terms are governed by Indian law.

Complaints

Email kalakirtiiii@gmail.com with your order number. We aim to reply within two working days and to resolve matters within a month.
