Everything here is packed and posted by us, by hand. No warehouse, no same-day promises we can't keep.
Where we ship
Anywhere in India. We do not ship outside that at the moment.
What it costs
Shipping is ₹79 per order, and free once your order reaches ₹1,500. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay, and nothing is added afterwards.
How long it takes
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 2 to 3 working days. Delivery usually takes 4 to 8 working days after that, depending on where you are.
Pieces are made by hand in small batches, so if something is going to take longer than this, we will tell you rather than leave you guessing.
Tracking
When your parcel goes out we email you the courier and the tracking number, and your order page shows the same details with a link to follow it. Keep the order link from your confirmation email — it always shows the current status.
If something goes wrong
Wrong address, nobody home, parcel returned to us — email us and we will sort it out. Damage or a missing item is covered on our refunds and cancellations page.
