Privacy
We collect what is needed to send you your order, and nothing else. No advertising trackers, no selling your details to anyone.
What we collect
When you place an order, you give us:
- your name, email address and phone number
- the delivery address, including the PIN code
- what you ordered, and any note you left with it
- whether you agreed to order updates on WhatsApp
Your cart is kept in your own browser, not on our servers. If you pay online, your card or UPI details go straight to the payment provider — they never reach us, and we cannot see them.
What we do with it
We use it to pack your order, get it delivered, tell you what is happening with it, and answer you if you write to us. We keep order records because we have to account for sales. We do not use your details to advertise to you, and we do not sell or rent them.
Who else sees it
- The courier — your name, address and phone, because otherwise the parcel cannot arrive.
- The payment provider (Razorpay, when paying online) — to take the payment and handle any refund.
- The services that run this shop — the site's hosting, its database, and the email account that sends your confirmation. They store the data on our behalf and do not use it for anything else.
- WhatsApp — only if you ticked the box asking for order updates there, and only about your own order.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept while we may still need them for accounts and tax. Ask us to delete your details and we will, except anything we are legally required to keep.
Your say over it
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or tell us to stop messaging you. Email kalakirtiiii@gmail.com and we will do it — no forms.
Cookies
The shop uses your browser's storage to remember your cart, and a sign-in cookie for the shop owner's admin area. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
